Château du Cray Bourgogne Rouge 2003, Côte Chalonnaise

Oak matured, the light blackcurrant fruits emerging on the palate are well rounded and balanced by subtle tannins. A lovely chalky after taste and sheer after-meal drinking pleasure. The perfect accompaniment to lamb dishes but as a non-white drinker I particularly like it with fish, mainly trout and salmon. So drinkable is this wine that you are highly likely to polish it off in no time at all!
